Rat & Mouse Magazine is looking to serve your needs as a pet owner better than ever, and to this end, we’re conducting a survey.

It’s fun, it’s easy and you can WIN a host of fantastic prizes for you and your ratties.

To be entered into our draw, simply complete our survey!  It's as easy as that.  You will need to enter a contact email or phone number so that we can get in touch to let you know if you win.  If you would like to remain anonymous, you can still fill in the form - just leave out your identifying information.

How to Enter

There are so many ways to complete the survey!  It's easy!

• Complete and post back the form provided with your copy of issue 5 (if you're a print subscriber) OR

All entries need to reach us by the 1st of June 2010.

Photocopies will be accepted and entries may be made by email, completion of the online survey or post.

Only one entry per person and per household.

You do not need to be a subscriber or customer of Rat & Mouse Magazine to enter.

You may complete the survey anonymously, however, this will mean that we are unable to enter you into the draw.

The prizes will be allocated randomly by draw and the decision will be final.

The prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other goods or services nor are they transferable.
